All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

By using our services, you confirm that:

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Payments are processed securely via PayFast

  • Tech Sparke does not store or process payment card or banking details

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All services and software solutions are subject to our Return & Refund Policy

  • Digital services and software access are generally non-refundable once work has started or access is granted

  • Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

5. Service Delivery

  • Service timelines vary depending on the selected service and project scope

  • Delays caused by missing client content, approvals, or feedback are not the responsibility of Tech Sparke

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements and content

  • Ensure you have rights to all materials you provide

  • Respond promptly to communication and approvals

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, designs, software, and content created by Tech Sparke remain our property until full payment is received

  • Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights unless otherwise agreed

  • Tech Sparke retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio

8. Third-Party Platforms

Tech Sparke is not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy updates of third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Google

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

  • WhatsApp

  • Hosting providers

Results from marketing or software integrations are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Sparke shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms

  • Refuse service for illegal, unethical, or abusive use

Termination does not entitle the client to a refund.

11. Governing Law
