Return & Refund Policy

Tech Sparke

Tech Sparke provides digital services and software solutions. Due to the nature of these offerings, the following refund policy applies.


1. Digital Services

  • Once a project has started, refunds are not applicable

  • If a refund request is made before work has started, it may be considered at our discretion

  • Digital marketing services are non-refundable once campaigns, ads, or strategies have been initiated


2. Software & API Solutions

  • POS software, WhatsApp Business API integrations, and other software solutions are non-refundable

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once access credentials or licenses are issued

  • Tech Sparke does not guarantee approval from third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp)


3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Payment was made in error

  • Service cannot be delivered due to a fault solely caused by Tech Sparke

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via PayFast.


4. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with relevant details to:
